Job Summary:
Looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in AI Agents, Conversational AI, and digital solutions to drive business requirements and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI Agent and Conversational AI solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with business, product, data, and technology teams.
- Define conversation flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through AI.
Requirements:

- 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, Conversational AI, Chatbots, or AI Agents.
- Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Singapore-based/onshore availability preferred.
