Job Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in a Cisco network environment to manage day-to-day BAU (Business As Usual) operations. The role involves supporting Wi-Fi, access switches, and routers, ensuring network stability, performance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day network BAU operations in a Cisco environment

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and service requests

• Support and maintain:

  • Enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure

  • Cisco access switches

  • Routers

• Perform network configuration, changes, and upgrades

• Handle incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL processes

• Ensure network performance, availability, and security

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution

• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs

• Provide on-call / after-hours support when required

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on Network Engineering experience

• Minimum CCNP certification (valid)

• Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies

• Experience with:

  • Switching & Routing (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP basics)

  • Wireless networks (enterprise Wi-Fi)

  • LAN / WAN troubleshooting

• Good understanding of network monitoring tools

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
