Job Description:
We are looking for a Pega CDH/CPDC developer with 4 – 13 years of experience for Malaysia Location.
Work Location: Malaysia
Work Mode: In office, Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience in Pega CDH mentioned above
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CPDC/CDH certified is mandatory.
- Experience in NBA Designer, NBAD framework.
- Experienced in adaptive/predictive model, decision strategy, NBA, propensity models, decision tables, personalized customer experience (adaptive model) etc.
- Experienced in In bound/out bound, adaptive/predictive model, request/response messages etc
- Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities, mainly Pega CDH, business process management (BPM), and Experience with integration techniques and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, connectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
