Job Description
➖ Role: ServiceNow Product Manager
➖ Client/Industry: Government Agency (IT / Public Sector)
➖ Objective: Engage multiple government departments to gather & shape workflow automation requirements, drive delivery on ServiceNow.
➖ Experience: 4–5 years in ServiceNow product/project delivery (workflow automation)
➖ Language: Fluent English + Mandarin
➖ Eligibility: Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
➖ Work style: Comfortable in a challenging, diverse, multi-stakeholder environment
➖ Start: ASAP
➖ Duration: 2 years (initial term)
