With a results-driven approach and a growth-centered mindset, he has consistently fostered positive change within organizational cultures.
Adept at aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, he has played a key role in achieving operational excellence and gaining a competitive edge. His expertise spans overseeing complex IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing transformative digital strategies.
As a certified PMP, he has contributed significantly to the establishment of Project Management Offices (PMOs) for leading private banks in India.
In his current role, Ravish oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, and client expectations are exceeded. An advocate for building high-performance teams, Ravish is dedicated to creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

He led transformative initiatives for clients in Manufacturing, Utilities, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, Banking/Finance, Large Enterprises, Government etc.
He possess a robust career trajectory, serving as the President & Global Head of Eastcom Systems – Singapore, Director/General Manager at Advantech, Singapore. His engineering foundation is from Asea Brown Boveri (ABB).
Previously, as Director / General Manager at Advantech, he spearheaded strategic efforts that propelled growth in ASEAN and Indian markets, achieving significant business milestones. He is the founder of Advantech-India & Indonesia.
His foundational experience as at ABB in SCADA systems equipped him with a deep understanding of hardware and software capabilities that address diverse customer needs.
With a commitment to innovating and enhancing operational efficiencies, he excels in driving business growth through technology integration, collaborative partnerships, and strategic industry leadership.
With over 12 years of extensive experience as a QA Lead/Manager, Sreevani has developed a strong foundation across multiple domains, including Banking Services, Payments, Insurance, and Healthcare. Throughout her career, she has focused on delivering high-quality software solutions through meticulous testing and attention to detail.
She is highly skilled in effort estimation, risk assessment, and impact analysis for new features, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align deliverables with business goals.
A dedicated leader, Sreevani mentors teams, drives process improvements, and ensures projects meet the highest standards. Her role involves mentoring testing teams, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and driving process improvements to enhance testing efficiency with her strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
Additionally, as the Head of Human Resources, she specializes in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster a high-performance work culture.

Thilana is a highly accomplished technology and business leader with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. As the Director and Country Head for Sri Lanka at YM Global Technologies Pte Ltd, he is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across the region. Since joining the company in 2023, Thilana has played a pivotal role in strengthening its market presence and expanding its service offerings.
He holds an MBA from London Metropolitan University and brings extensive expertise in technology management, business strategy, and leadership. Prior to his tenure at YM Global Technologies, he held senior leadership roles at a leading IT company, where he successfully managed high-performing teams, led complex IT solutions, and contributed to enterprise-wide innovation and growth.
